1. Shipping methods and costs

We are happy to offer you shipping by Latvian Mail service and DHL Express worldwide.

Most orders (photo albums, guest books, weekly planners, and daily planners) will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after ordering (please, note that we don`t ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays), however customized orders will take additional time (1-3 business days) to prepare.

Your order will be shipped via standard or express shipping. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Moon In Love. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a spcified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

3. Product returns and exchanges

​

Moon In Love team tries to satisfy each customer` s wishes and will always do everything in order to reduce product return cases to the minimum. But if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have an opporutunity to change it within 14 days after receiving the product without any additional charges. Moon In Love accepts to change the product if it is returned clean, neat, not damaged, and with all the details. Fill in the attached "Return form" and send it together with the product to:  SIA PP Projects, Alandes iela 29, Grobina, LV-3430, Latvia. In the form state whether you would like to change the product or have your money refunded. Customer pays for return shipping. The refund money will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made within 14 days of our receiving the product. We will contact you to after receiving returned product.

We do not accept returns for custom or personalized products.
